Clearing Nightmare is commonly held to be the hardest achievement the game will recgonize, as it is not possible to use continues, and the combination of asymmetric number of stocks and turbo mode can often cause small mistakes to end runs. Players who have cleared Nightmare are occasionally called dreamers.
